Q01 How many photos should I send? +
We ask for at least 4 photos. Ideally clear shots of the front, side, rear and details such as wheels/interior. The more angles, the more accurate the build.
Q02 How long from order to delivery? +
Total time from card charge to your door is 7–10 business days — production and tracked delivery combined. We message you at each phase with photos so you always know where your model is.
Q03 How does payment work? +
On the final step you continue to our secure, encrypted payment page and pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay & Google Pay). Once the payment is confirmed, production begins.
Q04 Which scale should I choose? +
1:24 for the desk and a friendly budget; 1:18 is the most popular balance for gifts; 1:12 is the most detailed, largest option for collectors and display.
Q05 Does my car’s model matter? +
We can build almost any make and model. If you’re unsure, send the photos and we’ll confirm feasibility together.
